DU's criteria for admission is just that you must have scored 65%+ marks in your class 12 exam irrespective of your board. As you hace scored 82.5%, yoi are definitely eligible to apply for the courses in DU. You will secure admission into the college whose cutoff matches
As you have got decent percentage in your class 12 CBSE Board, you can get admission in punjab university. 80% is far above the qualification criteria required for admission. You just need to check which college's criteria do you meet with this percentage.
