It totally depends weather you are from Delhi or not! As because the percentile for delhi candidate can go down. But the candidates outside delhi are likely to be higher cut off. Like if the cut off of Delhi candidate go 78% then its pretty sure that for

you cannot get admission in north Campus, Delhi University with this percentage in bsc courses. The percentage is generally more than 95% and your score is quite low compared to it. But can try in south campus as you can get admission in south colleges.

sorry to disappiont you that your percentile in jee mains is 89 which is too low to get admission in mbm jodhpur ..
although mbm jodhpur is a government college and your percentile is too low,
but you can take admission in other private colleges.

if you are a general category student it is not possible for you to get admission in Delhi University with this percentage. The cut off for ba goes more than 85% every year and your percentage is very low compared to it. So your chances are very less of

Cutoff for vit amravati is not cleared yet,But as it is new its cutoff is low
So the chances of getting into it are high, Yes you can go for it
