RIMS , ranchi is a very prestigious institute in jharkhand which has a cutoff of 347 ( previous year) for an ST category candidate in the state quota.

It depends that in which category or field you want to go in. Generally you need to score minimum 50% marks in PCM to get selected in Galgotias University and you have to appear in GEEE exam conducted by Galgotias University.

You won't get any college on the basis of your JEE mains score like NITs,IIITs or GFTIs.There are approx 35K seats in thses institution.
So its quiet impossible for you to get that.
You should apply for state counselling.You will get state engineering colleges with that.
