I'm afraid going by last year cut off, you will most probably not be able to enroll here. The closing rank for home state students in NIT Jalandhar last year was 12,335 for the CSE course. You can check out the subject wise previous years' cut offs here

sorry to say AIACTR doesnot accept jee main score. you need to appear for IPU-CET to take admission in aiactr. admission will be given to those student who will clear the ipucet.
