JEE mains score scores varies and it is relatively easier to get into ICT through jee mains score.

Going by last year trends we can state cut off will be 160+ scores.As I said cut off varies.Cut off depends on number of applicants and highest score.

OU Hyderabad does not publically release its cut off and it's not that famous for M.Tech all over India( it may be in your location) Rank of the student selected there is somewhat in the middle of 6000 to 10000. So you have a pretty good chance there.

The eligibility criteria for admission in Sir JJ college of architecture is you must have obtained 50% marks in 10+2 or equivalent exam from recognized board .But it's open only for Maharashtra state students only .So according to this ,you're not eligible for the admission.Sorry for this
