As i see Dayalbagh UNiversity of Agra can't take admission on jee mains marks .Its have on form and admission Process so if you want to take admission there then go on college website and apply there.
the candidates who are permanet resident to telengana/ andhrapradesh are only eligible to apply in EAMCET. and candidate should be apprear in 10+2 from telengana/ andhra pradesh board. how ever there are many colleges in india where you can apply for btech if you have scored in jee main.
