The cut off of CET is different for Home University Seats (HU Seats) and Other Than Home University Seats (OHU Seats). Assuming that you meant OBC category, the approximate cut-off percentile last year were as below:

Jadavpur University is a State University of West Bengal and thus the admission is done through WBJEE.

As per their official website, the admission for all undergraduate courses of Engineering is considered on the basis of merit. The candidates will be admitted based on KEE-2019 (Karunya Entrance Examination) and Higher secondary score for B.TECH courses.

Your score and rank is good. As per previous year cutoffs you have a great chance of getting admission to it.A lot depends on your category and other factors.You should also try for other colleges like NITs, IIITs,you will get it. But in the end it depends on
