According to previous year cutoffs at IIEST Shibpur, with a rank of 22,500(OBC-NCL) in JEE Mains 2019 unfortunately you cannot get any branch under Other State Quota.
But if we see under Home State Quota, the closing ranks were higher for Civil Engineering, Metallurgy and Materials Engineering, Mining Engineering.
