The Admission for Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery(BAMS) is based on the marks and rank you have obtained in NEET. In most of the colleges only the NEET score is accepted for the BAMS. The mhcet marks are not considered. If you have appeared for the NEET

I would recommend you to search for another course or university as last year's cutoff for Tezpur University's CSE course even in round 3 session was rank 7557. So, i don't think you will be able to get a seat there. You can try for other engineering

yes you can get admission in BA programme but admission in honours courses will be difficult. you can choose your fav subject as the major subject.
