After the coming of neet,There is no medical college in india which takes admission on any other basis than neet marks.NTA has made need an all India examination compulsory for admission into any medical college whether private or government.

Your rank in JEE Mains for ST Outside Delhi is quite well. You could easily get admission Delhi Technological University constraint the last year's cut-off of 6th round in any branch except civil engineering as it closes at 20k rank.
