Since this year's cutoff has not been declared yet, according to previous years cutoffs and trends, with 130 marks secured in B.Com entrance with OBC quota. You can definitely get admission in Allahabad university main campus and also its afiiliated campuses. Last year's final round cutoff was 112.

To take admission in MBA in IIFT, it is not compulsory to have working experience. I have attached a link below for further reference. Hope this helps!

Since you haev scored a decent rank but your domicile is outside Delhi so you have to wait for the second cutoff to be released as there is no continuos trend followed So in second cutoff you can get a rough  idea about the ranking and your rank
