I'm sorry but I don't think you can get NMIMS,  Mumbai or Navi Mumbai but you can give it a shot for Bangalore campus. Usually they take up to 4000 rank.

You haven't been clear if the rank is your category rank or the overall rank. If the rank is your general rank then you have decent chances of getting a seat of B.Com hons. in the Banaras Hindu University.

You can expect the accepted ranks to be between 8000-10,000. However this is based on miscellaneous previous cutoff data that can vary this year. usually, it is predicted that the cutoff marks accepted through All India quota are higher than those for State Quota candidates.

Iam sorry to say this but it is highly impossible to get a seat in IPU with this score as the cutoffs for IPU's are really very high.
