Yes, you can get admission in aeronautical engineering based on your MHT-CET marks. But you will get admission in the top or well-reputed college as cut-offs are high than your marks. Apply for admissions.

Under obc category of du one requires a Non creamy layer obc certificate which is signed by the central government. It is issued to the people who are under central obc list and whose income is under 6 lakhs p.a.

Well you have to give jee 2019 as per gauide line and advanced too as there need  these exam to be given on the otger hand you have to secure good marks too . Where as after this you have to wait for jossa counselling where these college are
