For Ph.D Pharmaceutics, candidates are granted admission based on marks obtained in NIPER JEE followed by group discussion and personal interview. In addition to this, they must possess an M.S. (Pharm) (Pharmaceutics/ Biotechnology/ Pharmacology), M.Pharm. (Pharmaceutics /Formulations) M.Tech. Pharma Biotechnology, M.Tech. (Biomedical Engineering/ Biotechnology /Chemical Engineering) with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate or CGPA of 6.75 on a 10-point scale.

Students aspiring to take admission in M.S. (Pharma), MBA Pharm Pharmaceutical Management, M.Tech (Pharma) must appear for NIPER JEE. NIPER Hyderabad admission to M.S. (Pharma) and M.Tech (Pharma) is offered based on the counselling procedure. The counselling is based on merit obtained by candidates in the entrance examination. NIPER Hyderabad admission to MBA Pharm Pharmaceutical Management is offered based on the performance of candidates in the entrance examination, group discussion and interview.

Eligible candidates will have to fill the application form within a stipulated date. Then, candidates who apply for the Ph.D admissions process will be first screened for the requirements and eligibility. The shortlisted candidates will be called for the personal interview. All the candidates called for PI will have to attend area-led PI followed by programme-led PI. Later, candidates who appear for the PI will be considered. Admission offers will be sent to the successful candidates.

For admission, the applicant must appear for the PESSAT test. The results will be declared within three days of the examination. Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of the PESSAT test. If the candidate is taking PGCET, he or she must get selected for admission after participating in the counselling process. The PESIT seats available for the MCA program are 60.

For Jaipuria Noida admission to PGDM programmes, a candidate must have taken any of the management entrance examination including CAT, MAT, XAT and CMAT. Students scoring above the cut-off marks will be called for interview wherein interpersonal skills in addition to overall knowledge will be assessed. Admission to PGDM programmes is provided on the basis of job experience, academic achievement in class 10th and 12th, performance in graduation, and participation in sports or extracurricular activities.
