1. Register yourself on state common entrance test cell and select maharastra mbbs registration option.
2. Fill necessary details like name, address,phone no,, etc. and submit documents.
3. Fill your neet result details perfectly.
4. Submit your form by paying application fee of Rs. 1000 and bank challan charges of 60 rupees using credit or debit card or other option available.

If you are from any other state you can take admission in maharastra using 15 % All India quota.

Admission in some colleges is based on merit of the student in the last qualifying exam and there are some prominent entrance exams,  State-Level and University Level entrance examinations, which are regularly for entrance based admission.
