For admission the score is calculated as 50% of NATA (out of 100)+ 50% 12 score(out of 100).
The admission procedures are just like any other private colleges.You have to at first apply and register yourself followed by paying the required fees.Than you have to upload the NATA marks when they are published on NATA website.You also need to upload your other documents like 10th and 12th certificates,thumb print,passport size photographs,your signature photo and numerous other minor requirements.
Then accordingly with reference to marks they will shortlist the candidates in HOME STATE and OTHER STATES quota.

As you have mentioned that state level board results are out and state level colleges of Maharashtra has started there admission process. I suggest you to not to worry and wait for the ICSE results, as no colleges are allowed to close there admission process before every board issue there results.
ICSE results will be declared on time and you will also have a buch of time to complete your admission protocols.

Getting admission completely depends on the rank you are scoring in that particular exam and here if you are targeting for the main campus than you have to keep your expectations of marks also very high as the cutoffs are also high but definitely if you put that much efforts and get it than you willing definitely get the main campus.

Eligibility criteria for BTech -
10+2 or equivalent examination with Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects.
Chemistry or Computer Science or Information Technology or Biotechnology or Biology or Informatics or Statistics or Technical Vocational subject need or any other such subject that has been approved by appropriate authority
50% marks for general students
45% for SC / ST and OBC category.

Don't worry your place of birth does not matter for NEET UG admission process so even if it got wrong then also there is no need to worry about it and also there is no need of your birth certificate anywhere instead your marksheet of class 10th would be considered as the proof of you DoB and also you will be submitting your govt. ID proof at the time of admission so that are sufficient to verify your DoB.

So with regard to your query, the admissions for the course of BSc forensic science at IFS Mumbai are not yet released by the authorities. They will most probably be conducted from the month of August. The college does not provide admission through entrance exam, admissions are done on merit basis only. You need to qualify 10+2 for the purpose of getting admission in this college.
