As per the instructions available in https://www.amrita.edu/admissions/btech-2021 the application will be able to download the admit card after booking the slot. You can book the slot from April 12, 2021 to April 16, 2021. You need to login in the candidate portal and after choosing the phase 1 check

This is something serious and can't tell you about the consequences. This will be clear once they release the admit card of other students. I don't think they should block the release of your admit card just because of this.
