The candidate should put his left thumb impression on a white paper with black/blue ink. your Admit card may get Rejected. You need to print the admit card in color mode and not in Black and whit mode

Self declaration form or Undertaking is attached to the admit card along with the exam center details on page 1

This year some guidelines have been changed in the wake of COVID-19 and due to this reason NTA adviced to download the latest admi card for NEET which includes a self declaration form which signifies they the candidate is not suffering from any of the symptoms of COVID-19

On the day of examination, only the identify of the candidate is verified in order to ensure that the correct candidate is giving the exam and not someone else. It has nothing to do with your parent's identify. So don't worry it won't be a problem.
