I have forgotten to get an extra passport size photograph for jee mains exam. So the officials took the photograph on my admit card and stuck that in declaration form. After that I left the hall. Will this effect any of my percentile or getting my results? Can you please answer this question?

Spectacles wont make huge differences in identifying a Candidate. So you do not have to worry even if you wear glasses. You filled in the application form in January and the exam is being conducted in September and changes are bound to happen. So you are allowed with spectacles. But

WE HAVE TO UPLOAD THUMB IMPRESSION ON NEET ADMIT CARD OR WE HAVE TO DO IT WITH THE HELP OF STAMP PAD ? IN THE PLACE OF PARENTS SIGNATURE BOTH SIGNATURES OF FATHER AND MOTHER ARE REQUIRED OR ONLY ONE?

You have to do it with the help of stamp pad and Either of your parents can give their signature, both parent's signature is not required.
