I would recommend you to report at centre before time.  This time there would be temperature screening and some other protocols to be followed. This would take time.

If you enter late you may allowed to enter but following those protocols will take time and you may loose you

It is difficult to change the Dob now after getting the admit card. You can give the examination but during your counselling you must carry an affidavit so that you won't be discarded from the counseling when they verify your documents.

No, OC category means that you belong to the General category. There are no reservations for Muslims in NEET. As OC means "open category",  which is a synonym for general, you will have to clear the cutoff of the General category. Good luck with your exam.

see its quite late to change your category now. since the exams neet 2020 admit card has already released. so right now all the correction window has closed. however you may email to the help desk relating to your issue.

In case of any discrepancy in the admit card you should report to the concerned authority for correction. They can apply for the correction from their end by the date.
And if possible it will get corrected and sent back to you.
