If you are getting session timed out when you are trying to download your JEE Main September admit card, you can reset your browser settings in the following way:-

• Open the Tools menu
• Select Internet Options
• Select the General tab
• Click the Restore to Default button
• Click OK

Yes, it is a problem but not as big as to worry about. NTA has advised you to do so, if you so not do than it's OK, it was just an advice but not a compulsion. As many of the students haven't uploaded their photo with Name

your application numver would be same that in jan-feb and next you applied for in April so better you can even find that admitcard or result you downloded the applicatin number is mentioned right there else visit you email section within those period you can find the mail.

Nothing to worry about. Just know that within 3 hours of releasing the Admit cards by JEE Mains Board, the Jam in the Server increases. I would suggest you to wait for a bit more, and then access your admit card from the provided portal.
