Admit Card I'd number will be shown itself in the admit card provided by school or we can check on the website of cbse i.e cbse.nic.in by filling the credentials they ask to you can then easily download your admit card .

For some authorities, there is no provision of Middle name for anybody whether it is for Father's name or Mother's name or even the name of candidate so is not the matter of worry but on the other hand there are some authorities which have provision of Middle name but still it's not mandatory, if you have you can fill it and if not then there is no need to fill it. Suppose there is a provision of Middle name and you have not filled it then also you are not going to face any problem because generally the last name and first name is verified and if you have middle name then it must be mentioned on your AADHAR Card issued by UIDAI or any other valid Govt. ID proof so you can use it and wherever if needed then the your name can be verified from your ID proof, so you need not to worry but from next time keep this thing in mind that if there is middle name either of yours or your mother's or your father's you should fill it if there is provision.

If you have improper qualification, you will be unable to fill the application form in the first step only. You will be unable to generate a successful  application form and you will have no admit card as well. It is better not to fill the application form when you know you are not eligible.

Admit card for JEE mains session 2 is out, those students who had successfully registered themselves for JEE main session 2 are eligible to download admit card

------Procedure to download admit card is on follows:

1- Visit the official website i.e. https://jeemain.nta.nic.in/

2- Click on "Download admit card for paper 1 of JEE mains 2022 session 2" mentioned under candidate's activity

3- Login through your application number and date of birth.

4- Hit submit, your admit card will be visible on your screen after successfully login.

5- Download and take a print for future reference.

You have not done right by not pasting your photograph on your Admit Card. National Testing Agency (NTA) who conducts NEET have cleared stated in its Information Brochure that if you don't stick your photo on your NEET Admit Card then they will reject your NEET application.

The invigilator might have accepted your Admit Card because of no option. But, if you will be fortunate enough, NTA may consider it and do not reject your NEET Application, Exam and Result.

But, still you can Mail or Call NTA and should tell all this matter to them. They might help you out in a better way.

The Amit card pages consist four pages and 4 pages has its own importance

The page 1 consist of importance of Centre details and Self declaration (undertaking) form regarding COVID-19, Page 2 has postcard size photograph and Page 3 has importance of instructions for candidates and Page 4 has Advisory for Candidates regarding COVID-19.

If the second page of admit card is blank so you don't need to carry it for examination centre.

Admit card has all the details like school code, center code, roll number (most important) and other details that are required to see your result. So one can cannot afford to loose it. But if you loose it, don't need to panic because you can check your result by following ways also:

1. You can ask all details from your friends like school code and center code.
2. You can ask your school to provide you admit card. Usually schools keep a copy of admit card with them fro emergency cases.
3. You can even generate admit card online on CBSE website. The duplicate admit card can be obtained by entering your affiliation code as user-id and school code as password.

But one should always be responsible and loosing such important documents can lead you in many difficult situations. Be careful.

You haven't mentioned the exam you are enquiring about. If there is any discrepancies in the admit card then you should notify the concerned authority as early as possible. You may read the instructions to find the contact details to report discrepancy in admit card. If you didn't find such details visit the official page of the exam to get the contact details. Provide them your details and requisite proof to get the name of your father's name changed in your admit card.
