You can upload the scanned copy of whatever result have ,that is either coloured Xerox or simple xerox. But, you can also upload the one fron DIGILOCKER. Download the certificate from digilocker and then upload it. This method is good compared to other method.  So, if possible then choose

i do did the same mistake then i contacted to the given mail id and provided my original signature and i apalogised for my mistake withing couple of hours the uploaded my correct signature

Previously, it was scheduled to be released in 15th or 16th of February,2020. The new date has not been notified yet.

Once released, it will be available under the download section in the following link.

you need to directly contact with the education board authority from which you have passed your 10th exam, also you can ask from the institution from where you studies your 10th course.

Hello aspirant. Mistake in the spellings and slighter mistakes doesn't matter much. That too in admit card. So don't worry about that. This won't cause any problem for you in taking the exam. Your name is important for further certificates and all.
