Yes, it may lead to cancel your candidature.Kindly report the discrepancy found in your admit card immediately for necessary actions.You may find the contact details in your admit card or you can use the helpline email id which will be available in the concerned official website.

NTA has already issued admit card on December 6,2020. Candidates can download JEE Main 2020 admit card by using the application number and password or application number and date of birth on NTA page. If you haven't got admit card till now try contacting NTA by email or call.
