It's absolutely not an issue to be worried about. NEET just ask for a recent color photograph of yours. As you will look exactly same in both the photographs you have submitted so it hardly matters if it's a different picture in sense of clothes.

You had to download the admit card, it was not personally sent to anyone through any mail . You can download it through the official website the link of which I am sharing below this message. There are numerous other notices in addition to the notice for admit card.

Hey Dhanush, You can download the hall ticket by visiting the official website i.e. kea.kar.nic.in. Enter your login credentials – Application Number and Date of Birth (DOB) to view the document.

         During your your application you have gave Ur mail I'd or a phone number right.... So just check your mail it would be there if you haven't deleted it....if there please make sure that u make a copy of it...

sorry aspirant, you cannot have any chance of gettinf the  rank in the eamcet because if the details in the registeration seems to be wrong and any manipulation that the board finds , cancels your registeration and they is no possibility to get rank even though you are qualified in

Once you find that, kindly log in, into the official website.

And no, it is not possible  that that site has been closed. It might have been possible that the server might have crashed

JCECE 2019 Admit Card will be released in the first week of June 2019. Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) will release the hall ticket online at jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in. Candidates must use their Application Number and Date of Birth to download the admit card.
