According to my prior knowledge and experience, this won't create a problem for you. But still, if you can get it printed in the required format, then it would be better. Generally, such things are overlooked, just make sure that all the details are mentioned on the admit

1) Physics 40 ques
2) Chemistry 40 ques
3) English+ reasoning 10+15 ques
4) Maths/biology( only for B.Pharm.) 45 ques

So, you have to choose between maths and biology according to your 12th subjects.

And look for the form that tells correction form. Go on and login with yuor account and fill the form and submit. That's it.
