There is no way of correcting your academic  details in jee advanced form. Or you should probably contact jee mains/advanced organisers. But i think it won't cause much issue , as candidate should give right names, dob, and his personal details which is matched with your 12th certificate at the

Once a mistake is done then it can't be corrected , especially when it is jee advanced and they don't allow to correct academic details apart from personal details.

But you should probably contact the organisers and tell them the problem. They will definetely do something. I think

You should very very careful while filling such form. Your application may be rejected and you will not able to give the exam but you must tell your the authority so that they can help you if they can.

No that could not be used as a valid ID proof, you can use your adhar card, voter ID card or pan card as a valid ID proof so you need to carry one of these along with your admit card in the exam room.

Yes you are very much eligible to write BITSAT exam however it will be very difficult for you to get a seat in course of your choice since your PCM aggregate score is lesser than 75%. I do hope you have other options in your mind .
