There is no such rule like the applicant should carry specific type of admit card, it is your choice to take your admit card in black and white or in colour , when you take print in colour the details in the admit card will visible clearly. So

Yes, it’s allowed but I would recommend Aadhar Card to carry with you.
Colour printout is not mandatory, but yes it helps you identify as it has a coloured photo. Anyways you will be required to carry a post card photo of yours to the centre.
