During filling of application only you need to upload candidate signature,there is no option to upload parents signature.
I think you have made a mistake during uoloading , now you cannot change signature as correction time has already passed.

Dear Fida, there are 2 things to it. Only those candidates who have been able to submit their application forms and received a confirmation page or a mail regarding the same will be able to download their admit cards. So please check if you have received any such official mail

No, it’s the signature of any parent or guardian that must be taken on the admit card before the examinations are about to start . In exam centre only the candidate is allowed so take it beforehand.
