Sorry you can't make the necessary changes in your admit card. The correction window has been closed and no changes will be entertain after the prescribed correction date.

If you want, you can contact the officials in this matter.

Use the following link: https://cportal.jeeadv.ac.in/ to login to the candidate portal. Enter your registration number, date of birth, phone number, email id and click login button. Hello,
You can visit jee mains website and then go to yje login page and click on forgot application form number then you will receive your application form number on your registered email-id which you can use for login into your account.
