It seems there is some issue in his/her application form so you need to send the correct documents to the office of CEE on or before the specified deadline along with a printout of the Memo.

There should be no problem as such, because if there was one the authorities at examination center would have informed you. But as you have the on your admit card, you are safe on your side.
