I would suggest you to approach the NEET officials for the same as the window to download admit card for NEET 2013 is not available currently.

The admit cards were out on 31st Dec and the exam was done on 7th January so I hope your exam was good.

The admit card of NEET PG is available from 31st December, 2017. You can download it by entering their login credentials- candidate ID and password. You can check all about detail with given below link.

There is no any issue with coloured or printed admit card only matters that it should be clear in Photograph. You can also carry your clear two photograph with you for safe & side. for further information about the exam you can go through with the given below link.
