As per the latest JAM Exam 2018 Notification, IIT JAM Admit Card will be released on official website on 9th January 2018.
I would suggest you to check your registered email id as it should be available there and in case it does not work for you then kindly contact the officials to get the correct login credentilas.

The admit card can be downloaded from 17th-Nov to 10th-December by going through the below steps -
"Follow the link from organisation website to download call letter. At login page, enter the Registration No / Roll No and Password / DOB(dd-mm-yy) at the required places to download the Call Letter".
