As far as i know there isn't any correction in the answer key published by NTA. If there is a correction, NTA will give a notification and it might not consider that question or can give marks to that question if the answer is correct.

If none of the answers is correct then all students will be given marks for that question. Irrespective of challenge ,the marks are awarded for everyone. In some cases may be the question is cancelled.
