Both the branches have great job prospects in present as well as future. Both the colleges are good. Now it depends upon you, which branch you are interested. As far as placement is concerned, the highest package at NIT Rourkela till date is Rs.25 LPA and average package
Your KEAM ranks suggest range of 26000 to 27000, and hence chances for government colleges are none.
So is with Jee Mains since, cutoff is above 250.
Even with NATA, top Government colleges require 150 plus scores.
Hence you can get private architecture colleges like ICL Institute of architecture Amabala,

I am so sorry to say that, with 72% in class 12th CBSE and NATA score 105.5 and a domicile from WB, it is hard or almost not possible to get an admission in B.Arch course in Guru Goving Singh College, Delhi.
