NATA was online till 2016. In 2017 they made it offline. The official question paper has not been released by the authorities. However there are plenty of free sample papers available in the market or on the internet. So you could check them out.

There is no common counselling for NATA 2018 for the qualified candidates for the exam, however, most states and universities will conduct their own B.Arch counselling through NATA. Candidates will have to apply to their preferred college to attend the counselling of NATA 2018 and take the admission

You are not eligible to attend for the councelling of jee as you were not qualified for that and the counselling is meant only for qualified ones.

You can try the college in person and ask them about the number of seats but as per your score I think it's difficult that you get the admission, but still try once.
