if you have filled up your form and made payment through demand draft then you have to send both the application form and DD. however THE OFFICAL brochure does not disclose anything about those who have submitted the fee online, my advice for you is to call
jipmer online registration are starting from, 7 march 2018 and closing date is 13 april 2018
I have same problem ???there are no other payment options
