It is expected that NEET 2018 Application form will be tentatively out in the last week of January and last date to fill the application form will be first week of March.
According, to latest change NEET 2018 exam will be held on 6th May 2018.

As you already mentioned that you have filled NATA 2018, you can get admit into your choice of college as you mentioned, ‘Sir JJ college of architecture’
During admission through NATA, the college considers your NATA score as well as 12th Board marks, 50-50%. E.g. - If your NATA score
You don't need to worry about that application form will not get rejected on the basis of it candidate image should be clear.
CBSE had also send a sms if any candidae has discrepancy in their image.
