SRM Application form is available in both online and offline mode.
You can fill the online application till March 31, 2018 and offline application till March 1, 2018. SRMJEEE 2018 will be conducted from Apri 16 to April 30, 2018 in online mode by SRM University.

The linkage of Aadhaar card to the phone number is not necessary for JEE Main registration. The official brochure has not mentioned this anywhere. You just need to make sure that your Aadhaar card details are correct. CBSE will only be cross-checking the school records with the Aadhaar Card
JKCET 2018 Application form will release from 1st Feb 2018.

Scanned image of the signature
Scanned image of the candidate's photograph
Scanned image of the thumb impression of the candidate
Scanned copy of the marks certificate/marks card of the qualifying
No, there will be no problem.
You can upload colour or black and white photo but it should be clear with name of the candidate and date of taking the photograph.
