Keep your 10th and 12th marksheet/certificates with you while filling the application form of JEE Main as you need to fill details related to 10th and 12th examinations. Check the list of details to be entered in JEE Main application form below.

According, to JEE Main brochure you should have a scanned image of your photograph.
The photograph should be colour or b/w (but clear contrast) with name of the candidate and date of taking the photograph printed on it.
