For outside Maharashtra candidates, it was around 152-153 in round 1 so if you have got that or above then yes you have chances to get seat there.

why is this choice for 15 percent quota seats asked in NEET application form when the allotment for 15 percent quota seats is on Merit basis

They have asked for the same just to segregate the students of Telangana, Andhra Pradhesh and J& K. Because they are not allowed to participate under 15% seats.

Hi, The next exam for SAT is expected to be on May 6th 2017.
Most likely there is no exam in the month of April.
