You will need your 10th pass certificate or atleast marks sheet to upload in the application form. You do not need your 12th certificate. That can wait until counselling. But if you do not have your 10th certificate, then you cannot fill in the application form for NEET.

Kusum, the answer is No. In case NTA considers the photo as not meeting the guidelines, you will receive a notification at your registered email and mobile no# requesting you to make upload another photograph. But this will not be reason why your application should or would be rejected.

No , you need not upload live photo in Neet application form also in any application form candidate need not to upload live photo.generally in any application form candidate should upload the photo not older than one or two month from starting date of application form.
