if you can't able to correct this detail in neet ug 2020 then in my opinion you should again fill a new application form for neet ug by using another emai id and another mobile number then you can get a new registration number after that go forward

1. Download application
2. Change details

Click on change details.The screen will display the details which you can edit.Click on the box to edit the text, you can edit only minor details like name, father's name
