NATA consider both the marks ,so first it will make your 106 marks out of 200 into 100 and then it will add your board marks.For getting any government college it should be above 140 .Also this is the estimation from previous years,so it may change a bit.If

In order to get admissions in any Architectural college you need to score above 80 in NATA EXAM.

You have not scored 75% or above in boards, so you are not eligible for jee counselling through JOSAA.  The eligibility follows- 75%+ or be in top 20 percentile in your respective boards.  So it seems  you are ineligible.

Your admission through NATA is based on your merit system. Divide the NATA score by 4, and your CBSE result by 2, and add them to find your merit out of 100. Normally colleges accept a student who has 60+ merit overall, and sometimes colleges even go for lower merit
