So correct it as soon as possible 

You can correct your details from 11 -15 March 2019 for the April exam application .

Otherwise you can call or mail to the help centre and do the needful.

Application form of IPUCET is expected to release by the third week of febraury. It may be relesed soon. You need to wait few days for it. But check for form on daily basis. It will be available for at least a month so you need not to worry.

You have done the mistake. You need to mail NTA and state the problem. And provide the application number of both the form and ask them to discard the new one and keep the old one.

yes there is a option for correction of your data in the application form of the NATA 2019 which you have submitted earlier 

The date for correction is from march 12 to march 15 2019 

so don't worry about it
