Application form of IPUCET is expected to release by the third week of febraury. It may be relesed soon. You need to wait few days for it. But check for form on daily basis. It will be available for at least a month so you need not to worry.
You have done the mistake. You need to mail NTA and state the problem. And provide the application number of both the form and ask them to discard the new one and keep the old one.

yes there is a option for correction of your data in the application form of the NATA 2019 which you have submitted earlier
The date for correction is from march 12 to march 15 2019
so don't worry about it

Hey Aspirant, colleges like Sir JJ college of architecture, Mumbai will be given either on the basis of Jee mains rank or NATA score. While in colleges like SPA, Gujarat and SPA, Delhi only Jee mains score is applicable for admission procedure.
