Yes, you can change your photo and correct your examination code as well. The correction window will start from 14th January, 2019 and closed on 31st January, 2019.

But, you can not change other details like;

• Gender,
• Category,
• Nationality,
• State eligibility,

The picture taken from mobile is not an issue unless and until it is very clear and has appropiate background and other details as mentioned in the prospectus. And for thumb impression, in NEET there is no requriement of thumb impression, only signature and photograph is to be uploaded.
