01 is for Candidates those are appearing in Class 12thand their result is awaited in 2019, they are only eligible to get admission in the MBBS or BDS programme if they qualify the examination

You will have to fill the Class 10th marks in percentage in the NEET UG application form. If you are from CBSE Board, you will have to multiply your CGPA by 9.5, which would be 95% (9.5*10) in your case.
