IIIT Naya Raipur in Andhra Pradesh is a good college in some respect. Education environment is good, campus life is good but in connection with placement and future prospect of education is not up to the standard . It is not a tier 1college. AICTE has no approval for this college. Only UGC has recognised this college. So going ahead with the college for education will not be matched for everyone. For the position of the college in this respect no good companies visit regularly in campus recruitment so there is no such good records of placement  for the student of this college. But the students who will secured high marks and have merit will get better chance after leaving the college from outside sources for job and placement.

This is a very subjective question and the opinions may differ from person to person. Some would think a particular nit is best and some would think about some other nit.

But regarding campus life I consider nit Jamshedpur is best in its campus culture. The life is pretty chilled here . For boys, from 2nd year the timing to enter the hostels is not a very hard and fast rule. They can delay. Some students even don't go to the hostels at night.

For girls , it is a bit tight because the security professionals are concerned . But they can also chill in the campus. The campus size is over 350 acres full of greenery.

IIFPT is a very well recognised institution where the Institution provides a homely ambience and education rich environment. Now considering the campus life, it is quite pleasant and you will get plenty help from the Faculties, the seniors who are present at the hostel will help you to carry out assignments, the college provides homely ambience too, but yes at the same time you need to stay focused to your studies.
