The placement cell in CGC is very strong and promising. As far as Computer science is concerned, now a days computer science is very much popular and very fast growing branch. The college has good placement record with highest of 31.77 Lakhs per annum offered last year. 

The faculty if CGC is really very cooperative and helping. The teachers are well educated and treat everyone with the same scale no sense of discrimination is experienced.

Pesit south campus actually comes under the VTU but from the last year it was supposed to be autonomous and was about to get the freedom to govern and control it's own affairs yet there is no such legal confirmation regarding it's autonomy.

Hi Akash!!!!  Both pesit and nit surathkal are good colleges. Now if you strongly desire to pursue cse then you should choose pesit. Do remember that although pesit is a well known college,nit surathkal is much better option. Since you are flexible with branches, i would suggest take nit surathkal. You can always change your branch if you perform well in college. So you should opt for a better college and not branch, so nit surathkal woudl be the better option. But ultimately its your decision.
