I suppose that you are talking about Birla institute of technology, that is Bits pilani, Bits Goa , Bits Hyderabad or Bit mesra. If my assumption about your question is correct then as per your percentile score that is about 83, you cannot get any technical degree in bit mesra

Yes you just need to fill the form and then you can get admission directly.  Srm Gaziabad is a new campus and hence will take students as they need to build a name I'm that region.
